We don't hold property ourselves; we broker deals, understanding both sides: the ownership that decides on its property, and the investor side that needs a sound basis for that decision.
Every mandate begins with the intake of the property documentation and ends only once both sides have reached a solution that holds. In between lies a careful review of the fundamentals — land registry, tenancies, structural condition — and a structured, confidential exchange with a selected circle of interested parties.
